I feel like staying on track with Keto has been one of the harder things I have had to do. But I told myself I would make it at least two weeks...so I will.
I am GAINING WEIGHT! I think a lot of it is water weight, because I am not drinking enough water (mental note...chug lots of it today) and I have also messed up and snacked on carbs a few times. Ugh...5 percent of your daily intake or less of carbs is making me miserable! Today, I am getting serious about it again. Hopefully I will not go through another round of the Keto headaches, but that remains to be seen.
If I was losing weight like I did at first, you wouldn't be hearing as much complaining. I guess this is one of those diets where there is zero wiggle room for error! This morning I made "bulletproof coffee" which is kinda gross, but hopefully I can get the fat intake way up, the carb intake way down and the protein intake lowered by a lot. I am always a sucker for large portions, sometimes I feel like finishing out these two weeks is impossible!
Ok, enough whining about something I CHOSE to do! LOL
