Motivation



This is so incredibly true! When I first started out, just walking a brisk mile was my full workout and I felt as though I was dying! Now, I walk a 5k nearly every morning whenever I am not doing a circuit! I am excited to see where I will be in 3 more months!

Whenever I feel like giving up, these motivational memes always make 
me feel better, so I wanted to post them.
