When I attempted this healthy lifestyle starting around January, I thought of a few goals that I had in mind. I am a firm believer in attainable goals, but this time I wanted a goal a little more lofty than let's say, to lose ten or even twenty lbs. I chose to be under 290 lbs. Why? Well, because each time that I have attempted to lose weight, I have not been able to get under than number for some reason. Like I had some mental block that I always ended up sabotaging myself whenever I was close.
Well...guess what? Today I am 288.2 lbs!
I am feeling fantastic and looking towards that next goal! Under 260...HERE I COME!
